Rick Grieser
Vice President - Operations
After fulfilling his dream of traveling the world as a marine engineer aboard merchant ships, Richard pursued his next passion - manufacturing quality. At Sanden International he quickly rose through the ranks. In his 17 years in the quality field he was able to amass a broad range of technology and manufacturing knowledge through on-site visits, audits, and management discussions with hundreds of national and international companies (Ford, Chrysler, Koyo Bearings, Hilite Industries). His greatest accomplishments occurred as Sr. Mgr - Total Quality Management (TQM) where he initiated and led a company-wide effort to prepare the organization for the Deming Prize, JIPM’s TPM Award, Texas Award for Quality Excellence, Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, TS-16949 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental Management registrations. He now applies his extensive quality knowledge and problem solving abilities to bring creative, cost effective solutions to Xllerate® and their many customers.
Richard holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, he obtained the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Manager (CQM) and Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certifications.
